Here is the step-by-step instructions of how to make lasagna with pictures.

- Prepare the ingredients require
FOR TOMATO SAUCE
· 4-5 tomatoes
· 1 large onion
· 2-3 cloves of garlic
· Dried oregano
· Salt and pepper
· Cooking oil
· 1 box of lasagna noodles
· 1 packet of mozzarella cheese
· Dried oregano
· 1-2 lb meat (depending on your choice; beef or mutton)
· Olive oil
- Boil Lasagna
Firstly you need to cook your lasagna noodles, boil 3-4 cups of water. When bubbles appear put the lasagna in it and let it boil for 5 to 10 minutes. After that stain the noodles but rinse with cold water otherwise they will stick. Set them aside.
- Prepare Tomato Sauce
Heat olive oil in the pan at medium heat. Add onions, garlic and stir it until the onions are soft and translucent.
Put tomatoes and cook for 20 minutes. Simmer the matter for half hour almost then add additional salt if required.
- MAKE MEAT MIXTURE FOR FILLING
Add some oil in the frying pan, sauté the chopped onion and boiled minced meat. Until the color lightens cook it and add salt, pepper, soya sauce, vinegar as per your taste.
When you reach the assembling part, more importantly preheat the oven to 200 degrees C but make sure the cheese, noodles and the sauce are all prepared.
Take a dish which can be fitted in oven. Pour 2-3 spoons of sauce in the dish. Place half of the noodles on top of sauce. If they’re broken, piece them together as much as possible. Then spread the meat mixture evenly. Cover with another layer of lasagna and after that pure the remaining sauce on top of it. For the last layer, lay down the cheese and then left over sauce again. Now sprinkle oregano and red chili flakes over the whole platter.
- BAKE THE DISH
Now bake for 40 minutes and meanwhile keep checking it until the upper crust become golden brown. And there you go, lasagna is ready to serve. Yaayyyyyy!!!!!
