HOW TO BE AT YOUR PEAK HEALTH

Your health is actually an amalgam of three aspects of yourself. Your physical health, mental health and spiritual health. Take care of them all.

  1. Being Physically healthy:

    I know you’d rather be lazy and in bed than making yourself sweaty and miserable outside but it is very important for your health. Try jogging and working out at least 15 minutes a day. If you can’t do that, then just walk a little after every meal. Something is better than nothing.

  2. Being mentally peaceful:

    It doesn’t matter whether you have a ripped body unless are happy too. Try daily yoga or meditation to keep yourself focused and calm. Take out at least 10 minutes out of your routine to just sit and talk to yourself. Being internally satisfied and contended gives your peace and can make your life hundred times better. this will make you mentally healthy.

  3. Being Spiritually Contented:

    Let’s say you have achieved the above two, you will still feel empty if you are not spiritually connected to your soul. Do good deeds, give out to charity, help someone, make someone smile. All these little things will give you an inner happiness unlike any other.

Doing these three tasks will make your life a lot more happy, peaceful and meaningful.
