Think about the reasons for which you have to feel grateful. There are a lot of things that may go opposite, but you definitely have a lot of reasons to be thankful. While doing so, you will see a bright smile on your face.
- Cherish the nature.
Do you know a good weather has a positive influence on mood? Yes, it has! So, take advantage of this and when you feel down, check the window! Do you see a round and yellow smiling face gazing through? Do you see the beauty of nature? Did it give happiness at night with cool and pleasant air? If yes, drop everything and enjoy the weather. If it takes to set outside, it should be.
- Leave aside the opportunities you have in the world.

- Snacks time
It is realized that a lot of people love calorie intake. From time to time, just get your favorite snacks especially chocolates with pleasure. Forget about fats, or calories and enjoy a sweet, delightful moment.
- Do something silly.
Is it necessary to always follow the rules? No, for sure. It is time to get out of your comfort zone and do something silly — something that is unusual, but that you secretly want to do. Or at least plan it.
