The Different Approaches to Psychology
When talking about different approaches; it’s more like different perspectives that are used to study and understand human behavior and mind. There are 10 different types of psychology which include nearly every aspect of the scientific study; while the different approaches to psychology discussed ahead are used to explain these types; as no approach is incorrect and each one of it means something in a certain setting(situation).
The application of each perspective allows us to understand the human behavior in a much deeper manner; thus, eventually leading us towards becoming more accepting and less judgmental towards others.

Mental illness is both a cause and consequence of social isolation. People going through mental illnesses distance themselves from their friends and family. Isolating themselves makes them more vulnerable to insecurities and negative tendencies.
What is Bipolar Disorder?
Bipolar disorder is a state of mind in which a person experiences mood swing. In these mood swings they attain two extremes. One in which they feel very energized, happy, and devoted. Another extreme is that on which they feel hopeless, sad, and lost their interest from activities. These two extremes called Mania or Hypomania and Depression. That’s why this mental conditional sometimes also called a Manic Depression.
